WHEN ARE YOU NOT ENTITLED TO A REFUND?
You are not entitled to a refund of a ticket if an understudy appears in place of a show’s headline star, or if any other artist changes from the one advertised on a line up or production.
You are not entitled to a refund if you can no longer attend an event or you have simple changed your mind about going.
WHEN CAN I GET A REFUND ON TICKETS?
If the event you have booked is cancelled, rescheduled or has changed location, you are entitled to a full refund.
If an event is rescheduled to another date, your tickets will be exchanged. If you can’t make the rescheduled date, then your entitled to a full refund.

The ticket seller is responsible for giving you your full refund for tickets to a cancelled event.
PLEASE RESPECT OUR HOUSE RULES
In order for everyone to enjoy the show we ask that patrons abide by the following rules:
- Talking during the performances will not be tolerated as it disrupts the performers and other guests. If you disrupt the show you will be asked to leave without a refund.
- If you are too intoxicated on arrival or during the show you may be refused access or asked to leave the venue and no refund will be issued.
- We reserve the right to ask audience members to leave and not return if they are found to be disruptive. No refund will be issued.
- All electronic devices and mobile phones must be turned off before the show. Performers may not be photographed or recorded under any circumstance. Flash photograph is distracting to the whole venue. Use of mobile phones, iPads, video game systems, laser pointers etc, are not permitted. Texting and using social media during the performance will not be tolerated.
You may be asked to leave the venue if you do not abide by these rules and no refund will be given.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Q – How much is the booking fee?
A – There is a booking fee but it is included in the advertised price so don’t worry about extra fees. When booking via TicketSource they will give you the option for mobile tickets for 50p or tickets posted to you for £1.50. There is no need to do either, your name will be on the door, so just bring yourself and some ID. You do not need to print anything.
Q – Is this suitable for under 18’s?
A – Our comedy clubs are not suitable for under 18’s.
Q – When will my ticket arrive in the post?
A – We run a ticketless service. Please note that you will NOT receive any physical tickets. instead you will be sent a confirmation email along with the receipt of payment. This email will come from TicketSource who weoutsource our bookings to.
Q – What time does the show start?
A – Show times differ according to each venue and production. For show times please look on the individual events pages.
Q – What times does the show finish?
A – Show times differ according to each event. Comedy clubs are generally just over two hours in length.
Q – What times should I arrive?
A – Doors open approximately 15 minutes before the event start time. If eating please allow 60 minutes before the start of the show. Please allow plenty of time before the show to get yourself a drink as sometimes the venues are very busy We cannot start shows late.
Q – Can I reserve my seats?
A – Seating cannot be reserved, however if there is a large group of you please get in touch directly and we will do our best to reserve an area for your party. This cannot be guaranteed. Arriving early is the best way to ensure that you are sitting together.
Q – Can i buy food on the night?
A – There is a chance you can order food on the night. However with busy kitchens it is wise to order in advance to guarantee your order. We do not run the venues so it is always best to contact the venue directly to talk about food requirements. When food is included in the ticket price you will be told what time to arrive to eat. Please allow plenty of time.
Q – Is there a dress code?
A – There is no strict dress code. On the whole just aim for smart casual Fancy dress is permitted however if the theme or outfit is offensively or overly crude you may be refused entry or asked to remove it.
Q – Do I need ID?
A – Age restrictions depend on the venue we are in. If we are in a pub then it is strictly over 18s. It is always best to carry ID with you just in case, we recommend driving license or passport. you may need ID for ticket collection.
