Garrett Millerick is an acclaimed stand up comedian, writer and director. He is an increasing force to be reckoned with on the UK Circuit and In the few short years since debuting in new act competitions he has established a reputation as one of the stand out live acts of his generation.
In 2018 his breakout show Sunflower became one of the best reviewed and most talked about shows of The Edinburgh Festival. The show played to packed houses throughout the month, and an additional show at The Pleasance Cabaret Bar was added due to phenomenal demand. Sunflower will return in February 2019 for a run in London’s Soho Theatre.
Already a fixture at the country’s most respected comedy clubs, in 2017 Garrett became one of a new generation of comedians to be making regular weekend appearances at the world-famous Comedy Store. As well as being in demand on both the alternative and club circuits in the UK, Garrett’s stand up has seen him tour Europe, Australia and Asia.
His debut radio sitcom Do Gooders was recently recorded for Amazon’s Audible platform with an all-star cast featuring Jack Dee and Meera Syal and produced by Hat Trick Productions. It is currently being developed for television.
Matt Green was born and brought up in Yorkshire, although lost the accent for career reasons. He now lives in London, also for career reasons.
He has worked extensively as a comedian, actor and writer for more than a decade, performing on screen, on radio and in venues up and down the UK and across the world. He has also recently started working as a director for comedy and music videos.
Jack Barry is an exciting name making waves in the comedy world and is probably the only stand up on the circuit with a degree in Chinese – what a waste.
As well as gracing screens and crisp packets nationwide as the face of McCoy’s Crisps for most of 2017-2018, Jack has appeared on Channel 4’s Catastrophe, ITV2’s @elevenish as part of sketch duo Twins and in James Acaster’s web series Sweet Home Lahnsteineringa.
An excellent writer, he has written for Mock the Week (BBC2) and a sketch he wrote entitled Get Staffed went viral, becoming a Vimeo staff pick and appearing on the Canal+ TV show L’Oeil de Links in France. The sketch was shortlisted for Best Comedy Short at the Montreal Just for Laughs Festival and won Single Funniest Moment at the Portland Comedy Festival.
