Since he first came onto the stand-up scene, as a finalist in the prestigious Hackney Empire competition, Robert has gone from strength to strength, and in 2010 won the Malcolm Hardee main award at the Edinburgh Festival. He now is a sought after act who regularly performs in big clubs, little clubs, those in-between, theatres and festivals around the UK and sometimes abroad. He is a versatile performer who does both musical comedy or straight stand-up and can MC, as well as having written for other comedians and for TV panel shows.
Robert came 2nd on Britains Got Talent in 2018.
Popular comedian Rob Mulholland fell into comedy after finding a flyer looking for acts to appear at Harrogate Comedy Festival on the ground outside his front door like he would have done in a film starring Bradley Cooper. In the years since, he has clocked up a huge amount of gigs all over the country ranging from tiny pubs to massive theatres and can now be seen most weekends in some of the biggest clubs in the country being proper fucking brilliant at comedy. Just as at home as an act or compere, he regularly induces labour/heart attacks with his intricately woven, gag-packed stories; adding a touch of the absurd to his askance glance at everyday life. Rob is 17 feet tall, made of steel and can jump over a mini cooper from a standing start.
Goofy and peculiar, Stephanie Laing’s comedy is partway between the needy oddness of Maria Bamford and the upbeat affability of Josie Long. Her material is a mix of silliness, filth and unusual observations, underpinned by a disarming honesty which makes her seem charmingly vulnerable.
Stephanie started performing in April 2007 on the Scottish comedy circuit. She had shows at the Edinburgh Festival in 2014 and 2015, and has performed at The Stand, The Comedy Store, The Comedy Cafe, Crack Comedy, Downstairs at The King’s Head, Mirth Control, Hilarity Bites, Eminent Banter and XS Malarkey, among others. She was a finalist in the Leicester Mercury Comedian of the Year 2015. She is now based in Manchester.
Liam has performed all over the UK and has appeared at numerous festivals including ‘Latitude’, ‘2000 Trees’ and ‘Cockrock’. In 2015, Liam performed his debut solo show ‘Seaside Cock Novelties’ to a sold out audience at the Liverpool Comedy Festival and then Liam returned in 2016 with his new solo show ‘Your Love Is Like A Knackered Bus Stop I Can No Longer Be Arsed To Vandalise’ which he also took to the Nottingham Comedy Festival that same year.
Liam has appeared on numerous radio stations including BBC Radio 2, BBC Greater Manchester, Manchester Online, Tameside Radio & Fab Radio. As well as the radio Liam has provided tour support for Tom Stade on his ‘You’re Welcome’ tour.
