Craig Murray

Hailing from Dewsbury, West Yorkshire (a town otherwise famous for international terrorists, fake kidnaps and ‘Britain’s Best Market’), charming northerner Craig is currently one of the hottest rising talents on the comedy circuit.

Craig cut his comedy teeth as resident compere at award- winning London club The Funny Side…of Covent Garden sharing a stage with some of the very best comedy acts in the business including Harry Hill, Stewart Lee and even Hollywood legend Robin Williams. He rapidly became a master of the compere’s art; able to turn any crowd from a lacklustre mob into a clapping, cheering, delirious audience ready to laugh all night.

Having honed his talents as an MC introducing others, in 2008 he began bringing his impressive stage presence and flair for audience banter to his very own stand-up set. Since then, his rise through the comedy ranks has been nothing short of meteoric.

In the last two years he has also appeared in a comedy film alongside Adam Hills and Brendon Burns and recorded a comedy pilot for the BBC.

An instant crowd pleaser with a charismatic, mock-confrontational style, Craig is now a highly sought-after act and compere, performing all over the UK.

Ben Van der Velde

Ben Van der Velde is a stand-up comedian, actor, improviser and presenter, who, over the past decade, has spread joy and nonsense to all four corners of the British Isles, as well as Greece, Denmark, Sweden, Switzerland, Estonia, Latvia, Finland and Norway.

“A sharp and crafty gagsmith, with wittily obtuse takes on…an impressively wide range of topics…bringing flair and confidence to them all.” Steve Bennett, Chortle

“Exquisite comic timing…wonderfully clownish physical comedy.” British Theatre Guide

Rachel Jackson

Rachel is an Edinburgh native with a quick mind and a sharp tongue. She has made somewhat of a name for herself in Scotland and is renowned for her fearless style and candid yet loveable demeanour.

She has developed several sketches for the BBC culminating in a web series entitled Bunny Boiler for BBC Three which she also wrote and was received with critical acclaim. She performed her debut hour at The Edinburgh Fringe last year and wowed audiences and critics alike. Earning rave reviews and many new fans.

She is also an accomplished actress and has been seen in ‘Two Door’s Down’, ‘Outlander’ ‘Scot Squad’ and two feature films.

James Dowdeswell

Dowdeswell is a headline act at most UK comedy clubs. He has appeared on numerous TV shows including Russell Howard’s Good News (BBC), Ricky Gervais’ Extras (BBC) and is about to launch his own wine show on the Food Network Channel. You may have even spotted him on the recent Somersby Cider advert.

James has gigged all over the world since turning full time after winning the Jongleurs Best Act Award in 2000. His “Wine” show was a hit at the 2007 Edinburgh Festival and since performed sell-out shows at Melbourne Food & Wine Festival, Melbourne Comedy Festival and the 2013 Camden Fringe.
